It's a BIG WEIRD day for Ella

Ella-luv-bugs lost her first tooth today and boy is she sad. Just look at her trying to be a brave girl on the first picture. Ella has always had a tiff about things feeling weird. The undies have to fit just right, her shirt sleeves can't "bug" on her arms, she won't wear jeans because they're too confining, her pants have to sit right on her hip line or else, her sock line has to be perfectly over her toes and that's if she'll put socks on, her ponytial cannot be tight... "it's too tight", as she tugs away at the ten minute up-do I so skillfully tried to make NOT tight... it just goes on and on and on. She's been like this ever since she could talk. Needless to say everyday is an episode of DRAMA!
We've tried to get her into snow skiing but do you think she'd get dressed in all the garb? It's an all out war, it's just not worth the headache.
So today as I pulled out her precious, dangling tooth. She cried for over an hour until she fell asleep because it felt "weird". But hell, I'll keep her, yes I will!

Whitneys Bridals

Can you say S-M-O-K-I-N H-O-T? Seriously, I loved this shoot! Whitney looked amazing in her designer gown and was able to give me some really great shots. Whitney wanted something kind of grungy and edgy so I was able to come up with this location after seeing some amazing photos from Stacey at Three Winks Studio that she had taken there. It was a perfect spot though really nasty and dirty, thank goodness we had a lot of help, so a big thanks to Whitneys friends... we could not have done it with out you!

Mike and Karli Wedding

Mike and Karli had so much love and support on their wedding day it was great! I happened to grow up in Karlis ward so I knew the amazing flower artist the more than amazing caterer and I was able to see and visit with some people that I haven't seen in a long time. Karli chose Kate Benson Photography from another referal in the ward and I'm so very glad she did. Her reception was in her parents backyard... I used to take bridal photos there frequently when brides wanted a floral look and still will if that's something anyone is thinking about. Anyway I adore her mother more than anything, she is such a lovely lady.
It was a perfect day with perfect weather and a perfect couple! Thanks you two!

HEFA TUITA

This kid is going to be a star, a star... famous I tell you! Hefa ia a dancer... you know the kind of dancer that would knock the socks off of SYTYCD. He's been dancing since he was a little tyke and now trains 8-10 hours a day. Rumba? Salsa? Ballroom? Hip Hop? Bring it on! He was an extra on Highschool Musical II and has now been asked to try out for a new show on Nickelodeon... he'll kill it! And man is he handsome!
