Sundance Tree Room

Watch out for a new magazine coming to Utah, particularly the Wasatch area (Heber, Park City) called Wasatch Life. These are for an article on the Tree Room at Sundance. The food was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the atmosphere top notch. More to see later... keep your eye out for the magazine this spring. Thank you Sundance for being so generous and courteous with your time and resources.

Happy Valentines (a little early)

In honor of Valentines day,
A list of I loves...

1. I love my old and new clients for 2008, I am stoked to be working with you all, it's going to be a great year!
2. I love the colors Valentines represents, pink and red, what sultry power they posses.
3. I love that old friends are popping up in my life through this blog -we all need to get together and have a mini reunion-
4. I love cupcakes and soft sugar cookies for the holiday.
5. I love the way my husband is with our daughters and how much they adore their daddy.
6. I love wrapping up in a blanket, on the couch and in front of the fire with an ice cold beverage in hand, reading a good book. Right now it's Eat, Pray, Love.
7. I love Mexican food... everyday thank you very much.
8. I love bubble gum.
9. I love that I finally bought Quickbooks. Did I think for all these years that I could do the business financing by myself with my enormously strong left brain? I guess I did, sadly.
10. I love that if I blast my ipod, I get more work done.

What do you love?

What made me happy

This time every year I can depend on getting the case of the Blaaaahhhs! Well they're in full force this year, tugging away at what little sanity I have left. The cold, the greyness, the sun setting at 5:00 p.m., the cabin fever, the girls dress-ups - play shoes - videos and dvds - crayons - barbies - blankets and pillows (all of which consumes our floor on a daily basis), taxes... ugh taxes, the snow, the shoveling, it all needs to go away!

I get down more frequent than usual this time of year until I receive a package in the mail from this spantacular woman! Many thanks Em, you know me so well.

Look at the rich, gorgeous colors of these marbles, they kind of correspond with the colors above. Yum. Color, it makes me happy.

If I ever get too down I can always rely on my aunt and uncles house in Walsburg, Utah, it snaps me out of my funk in no time.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO CURE YOUR WINTER TIME BLUES?

Craig and Kelli Wedding

I have introduced Kelli in her engagement session a little bit back and now have done her wedding photographs that you'll see below. Kelli and Craig were such troopers while doing their wedding pictures. It was bloody cold and windy, but they both took it in stride. We decided not to do many photos at the temple and do some around Salt Lake instead, and I have to say I'm very pleased with the results. Beautiful wedding you guys. I'm so happy for you two!!!

I came across these photos while looking at my old photos as a kid and when I was dating Mark... too fun!

Love this one of Kelli, for obvious reasons, hee, hee.
