DISNEYLAND YEEEE DOGGY

My adorable family and I just got in from Disneyland in California this past week and what an experience! My girls are the perfect ages for being carried away in the magic... they had SUCH a good time and well their mother had SUCH a good time as well... I am a closet Disney junkie! I ended up missing an important seminar with one of my favorite photographers but I must say it was well worth it. We stayed in a hotel directly across the street from Disneyland called Tropicanna Inn and Suites and no kidding it was a three minute walk from our hotel to the entrance of Disneyland. Luckily we went the same time as Marks sister-in-laws family who we were able to trade off kid watching so we could do the "big" rides too... everything was just perfect! The pics were done with my little point and shoot... not bad.

Claire boogied hard to the Disneyland marching band and later decided to give them some of her goldfish crackers which they thought was a mighty fine treat. I love that the Disneyland employees do there job soooooo incredibly well. They made my kids feel like they were the only ones that mattered, they gave them a lot of special attention as they did with all the children there.

A nice lady offered to take our family pic... how could I refuse?

My cute hubby and girl at the end of the night. He surprised the girls with minnie mouse ears, Claires being the pink princess ears and Ella with white wedding ears with a veil since she is obssesed with getting married. They were so excited!

The Queen of hearts was taken also smitten with Claire Bo since Claire again shared her goldfish crackers with her. The queen happily shoved the cracker in the mouth of her mask and kept kissing Claires cheek.

The Mad Hatter immediately spotted Claire out of a big kiddie crowd and gave her some funny one on one time.

The infamous "Club 33" ever heard of it? Either had I .

MARTHAS PREGNANCY PICS

Ahhh pregnancy, there's nothin' like it... actually there is nothin' like post pregnancy, it's the works. "Martha My Dear" is my sis-in-law but this time it's on my side of the family. The boy in the pics is my oldest bro. I have done Marthas pregnancy photos for every pregnancy so far and hope to continue if they decide to have more... she has a great little figure for perfect photos.

Got my girls out of the bath today and had beutiful light coming in through our window, so I thought we would do our cute toddler body parts. I had this great shot of Claire, kind of a body profile but I don't dare post it in case some one gets the wrong idea, either on my part or theirs... in any case I love these.

COLBY COOK FAMILY

Ah the Cook Family. Amy is actually my sister-in-law, yes she is ALSO another Benson. There is no one like her. She is the kindest, most caring person I know. She always tries to see the best in people, even when they are blatantly cruel. She is an amazing mother and an awesome wife. Colby is a HUGE Red Sox fan while my husband is a HUGE Yankees fan, so it makes for a great rivalship, we've gotten a free dinner out of it. Coby is also a GREAT cook... hence his last name. No really, he can cook the socks off of anyone around, his creations are delish. The rest of the family... Savannah, Connor, Noel (born on Christmas day), and the latsest edition Autumn.

O.k. so I am ready to go out of my mind! I am having huge problems keeping my computer monitor calibrated with whcc, uuugghhh! I have received the proofs for four events and they are horrible, so bad I can't give them to clients. So I have gone back on all the events I have edited the last month or so and they ALL need to be re-edited, so I'll be pulling a couple all nighters including tonite. So as I am waiting for my image processor in photoshop to work through hundreds of photos, I have ample time to browse the internet, catch up on interesting blogs and such. One of the blogs I check regularly is a blog called luckyredhen I met her through a photo meeting a while back and well... her blog pretty much cracks me up. One thing she did was look up her first name on google and then typed "needs" to see what would come up, so I did it tonite and this is what I got:

To Find A Way To Deal With Stress
How about dealing with time management? Let's see time for taking photos, uploading photos, editing photos, uploading them again to two different places, calibrating, designing wedding albums, meeting with clients, cheking voicemail, checking e-mails, staying on top of the latest and hottest trends for my business, reading a lot on marketing, organizing (which is non-existent), accounting, taxes, designing, being a wife and mother which is another full time job; getting the kids bathed and dressed, fed breakfast, lunch, and dinner, grocery shopping, taking Ella to and from preschool, pottey training Claire, doing the dishes, laundry, dusting, vaccuming, cleaning the bathrooms, picking up my kids obnoxious toys all day long... no kidding, all day long (and they're always the ones from McDonalds, doh!), remembering to eat, making sure my girls know calculus before kindergarten, spending one on one time with Mark, running errands, not losing my mind, oh yeah and having a jewelry biz on the side cause you know, I have sooo much time on my hands, and last but not least making sure my family knows I love them!

KIRK BENSON FAMILY

I think I'm gonna be busy with just the benson families... with all 10 of them, just kidding, actually 14 kids total in my husbands family but so far the 10 have families. Kirk is the oldest of the boys and their family is ROCKIN' COOL. I love being around them, they are always happy, they love to laugh and they respect eachother immensly. I have never met a family quite like theirs. Kirk and Kathy are really involved with their kids lives and go the extra mile to make sure they are happy in whatever it is they pursue, it's fascinating. Thanks for the lovely evening with dinner and mafia.
