I met Whitney a few months back when we had lunch at a fab Mexican restaurant in Salt Lake... and if anyone knows me, Mexican food paves the way to my heart. Whitney and Dan live on the Air Force base in Layton where Dan is currently working for our nation... he's been to Iraq twice already and is probably going back there again soon. They are a striking couple with gorgeous blue eyes... can you imagine what their babies will look like? Hope dinner was good you two, it was fun!

TROY AND MINDI WEDDING
Oh man I LOVE summer weddings! The light is so warm, delish and easy to work with. This wedding was extremely beautiful with colors of vanilla and chocolate... vaannniillllaaaa... chhhoooocccooolllatttee... mmmmmm! Mindi and Troy are such a cool and gorgeous couple... they made shooting a snap. Poor Mindi got nauseous towards the end of shooting at the temple with the temp almost at 100 degrees. I brought snacks for them but left them in a relatives stroller, so she had to suffer until we were done, but she put on her brilliant smile and they turned out great!
I played around with some different post processing actions on a few of these and I quite like 'em. Fun, fun, fun!

TJ and Jessie Wedding
Where do I start on this fantastic couple? TJ and Jess are seriously one of a kind. These two are so gentle and kind to one another... they treat eachother with the utter most respect... they're so pleasant to be around.
These two met at Bowdoin college of liberal arts and science in Maine and soon realized they both had connections to Utah. TJs' family owns a cabin in Park City which they frequent in the winter months for skiing, and Jessies' family has a special place in their hearts for Alta which Jessie and her family have been skiing since she was around two years old. They deeply love this area (hence having the wedding here).
When we did their engagement photos in January of this year and it was a BLIZZARD in Park City. These two jumped in their snow gear and off we went... we had a blast taking their pics in some serious snow. So when they arrived in Utah and made their way up to Alta for the week of their wedding, they were met with yet another snow storm that blanketed the mountains, so much so that TJ and Jessies' dad hiked up the mountain and did a little skiing... in June. The ceremony deck had snow packed in the corners, but it still turned out to be warm and lovely.
