Codi contacted me to do her family photos before they left to take up residence in Indiana. I was excited to do these because I grew up with Codi. Her dad coached us in fast pitch softball, our team was called the BOOMERS. It seriously just seems like yesterday that I was up to bat against the rival team hitting against the meanest, toughest, roughest girl pitcher out there... Laci Hutchinson. Thinking about it now... what was I, 13 years old? She couldn't have been that bad, but boy were we all scared of her... it's funny what you play up in your head.
